After we started taking pre-orders we were hit with an unexpected delay in manufacturing - ever since we got the news we have been working around the clock and doing everything within our power to speed things up. For example, we will be air shipping the first batch of cases that come off the production line to save the 2-4 weeks of transit time that standard sea freight takes - it is a huge cost to us, but that is how committed we are to getting the cases released as soon as possible! And, we will continue to update you every week in the news section of our website so you can track the progress of your case week-by-week. We are a very small company founded by Apple fans and fashionistas - we began this endeavor by designing a case we wanted to use ourselves. We have been humbled by this process - it is most certainly a case of “if we only knew then what we know now, we never would have...” Being a good company is incredibly important to us, so despite the bumpy ride, we’ve made sure that we've been honest and open about the process with you every step of the way, and we have worked hard to get back to each one of your emails personally. The final design and functionality of the cases are truly spectacular. We are incredibly excited about the upcoming release because we can’t wait for you to get your hands on them. We are very sorry to say we don’t have a ship date just yet, but please know that we are as anxious as you are to get the cases into your hands and we are doing everything we can to make it happen as soon as possible!
