We wan't to make ordering from us easy, but since your order is custom, we want to confirm details about your order before you get charged, and we start working on your order. Once your ready to place an order, submit our order form, and we will contact you to make sure we have everything right, and your order is exactly what you hoped it would be. We ask a 50% deposit to start production on your order, and then the balance will be charged when your order is getting finished. It usually take 3 weeks to complete a Cashbox, and 2 weeks to complete a PayStand. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We stand by our products, so Happy Owl Studio guarantees its products for one year against defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accidents or misuse such as abuse or modification. This warranty only extends to the original owner, and the warranty period begins the day the product ships. If you have a product with an issue, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, so we can start working to make you happy. You will need to provide a dated proof of purchase from either Happy Owl Studio or one of our authorized resellers.
At Happy Owl Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but with custom woodworking, order cancelations and returns can present a challenge. If your order has been processed but not shipped and you have decided to cancel your order, please contact us right away. As long as your Cashbox has not gone into production, or is not a custom order with engraving or custom woods, we'll be able to cancel your order and issue a refund. If you have received your Cashbox, and for some reason are unsatisfied, please let us know.
